Refreshing Face Mask !
This mask is very refreshing and actually seemed to brighten my skin a little ! At any rate, itÕs a fun mask to have for a mini home spa day and IÕll likely be purchasing this in the future.

Overall good
It has a really light/soft scent that I can barely notice, which I like. It has a nice consistency (not too watery or too thick), goes on smoothly, dries pretty quickly, and washes off easily. I apply a generous amount, and after 15 minutes, it’s already dry. After washing it off, my face feels soft, and my night cream seems to absorb better.

Easy to use
I love beets and I wanted to try this mud mask with beets as it said it was good for sensitive skin. I get blackheads, white heads on my nose and chin and its recommended that after washing and using a good aha or bha you can use a mud mask once a week or every other week to pull out impurities. So I applied to my nose and chin (i avoid my cheeks as my cheeks are really senstive) and this dried on nice and felt good on my skin, it also had little exfoliation beeds that you can rub into your nose to get dry skin off etc. After washing off my skin looks very smooth, not perfect but improved

Soft skin
This tube came with a foil seal, fully wrapped in plastic, in a plastic bag. It’s a creamy, beigey clay with a few black specks – not nearly as many as pictured nor enough to seem to do much. A few fell off as I was applying the mask, but I wouldn’t say it’s messy. It’s just that I used such a thin layer, there wasn’t enough to keep the specks embedded when the clay dried, so they would fall off. There isn’t much scent except maybe a clean, clay smell. You really don’t get a lot for the money. There is a lot of air in the tube. That’s largely why I’m not overly impressed with this product. BTW, the Food Story grains scrub is truly a nearly empty tube, so I’m becoming distrustful of the value of this brand. The results were mixed. My skin didn’t look all that different, but it did feel buttery soft and hydrated. If you actually got more for your money, I could recommend it for that feeling alone, but there are plenty of other masks out there.

Nice facial mask that leaves my skin so soft.. the texture & color is somewhat interesting! but it’s definitely really good. My new go-to mud mask. definitely plan on buying more of this skincare line.

Great for daily use as well! I am Oliy skin with flaky skin (yet it does exist) Not too harsh, not drying, and makes my skin refreshingly clean! I can’t recommend this enough.

I’m a big fan of this mud mask. Its overall really good quality. Goes on smoothly, is soothing, and left my skin looking brighter. Overall recommended.

Ok this mud mask isn’t bad at all. I do use other items from this brand and this is my least favorite but it’s still good. This mask isn’t something to use all the time. I think I would use it maybe once a month. I didn’t need too much of it just what is shown in the pic for my whole face and under my chin. When first putting it on it really did tingle and maybe slightly burn and I don’t have sensitive skin at all. After a few min it felt much better. It did dry for me in about 5 min or so but I left it on for about 20 min. I washed it off in the shower which is where I recommend. It took some time and rubbing to get it all off. My face wash from this same brand did burn slightly. After my shower I didn’t realize a difference until I did my face routine. At that point I noticed everything went on smoother, my face looked cleaner, and my pores looked cleaner and smaller. I think this mud mask is definitely worth trying.
